1. How to Secure Your Booking
- Once we agree on the itinerary and tour details, you’ll be asked to pay a deposit to confirm your reservation.
- The deposit amount depends on the type of tour, number of travelers, and dates. It will be credited toward your final payment.
- We will send you a secure payment link or invoice (via credit card, bank transfer, or another agreed method).
- Note: We never ask you to send full card details by email. Use only the secure link we provide.

2. Payment Terms by Tour Type

- Card payments may incur an extra 3 % processing fee (or as up to local bank charges), unless otherwise waived.
- We accept payments in major currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, etc.), subject to exchange rates at time of payment.
3. Cancellation Policy
a) Standard Period (All year except peak holidays)
- > 60 days before arrival: 10 – 20 % cancellation charge
- 60–30 days before: 25 – 30 % charge
- 29–15 days before: 50 % charge
- 14–7 days before: 75 % charge
- 6 days or less before arrival / no-show: 100 % (no refund)
b) Peak Seasons (e.g. holiday periods, Christmas, Easter)
- Cancellation windows are stricter; for example:
• > 60 days: 25 %
• 60–31 days: 50 %
• 30–15 days: 75 %
• 14 days or fewer: 100 % - Domestic flights booked as part of the tour may have separate cancellation policies — their fees will apply in addition to ours.
4. Refunds & Methods
Refunds are processed via the same method and account used for the original payment.
- No refunds are possible in the event of a no-show.
- Processing time for refunds may take 5–10 business days (or per your card issuer’s policy).
5. Postponing / Rebooking
- If you need to postpone your tour (and we haven’t yet begun services), please contact us as soon as possible.
- We may reschedule without applying full cancellation charges, depending on notice period.
- If, after postponing, you decide to cancel altogether, then the standard cancellation policy applies from that moment.
6. Price Stability Clause
Once your deposit or full payment is made, the agreed price is locked in. We will not charge you more later, and you may not request a lower price. This ensures transparency and fairness.
7. Special Offers & Promotions
- Offers like Black Friday deals, seasonal discounts, or promotions apply only to new bookings made during the promotion period.
- Such offers may have exclusions, which will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
8. How to Submit Cancellation Requests
- All cancellations or booking changes must be submitted in writing (via email) to our official address.
- Verbal requests (phone calls) are not accepted unless followed by email confirmation.
