Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and tours. By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. How to Book a Tour

  • You may book a tour via our website, email, or phone.
  • Once we agree on the itinerary, you will be asked to pay a deposit (typically around 20 – 30 % or as otherwise agreed) to confirm the booking.
  • After the deposit is cleared, we will send a booking confirmation with full itinerary, hotel names, timings, guides, etc.
  • The remaining balance is due before the tour starts (or at a specified time).
  • You must provide accurate personal data (full name, nationality, passport number, contact info, arrival/departure flights).

2. Price Policy & Quotation

  • The prices published on our site are guide prices only and may change based on season, number of travelers, currency rates, and supplier availability.
  • Once you confirm and pay the deposit, the agreed price is locked and will not be increased.
  • Supplements may apply for single occupancy rooms, special hotel upgrades, peak-season surcharges, etc.
  • We reserve the right to change rates for unconfirmed bookings.

3. Payment Methods & Fees

  • We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and other agreed payment methods.
  • A processing or bank fee (e.g. 2–3 %) may be added for card payments.
  • Deposit payments may sometimes be exempt from the card fee (depending on policy).
  • The remainder must be paid by the due date (in cash, card, or bank transfer) as specified in your booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

  • All cancellation or modification requests must be submitted in writing (by email).
  • The cancellation charge depends on the notice period before the tour (e.g. >60 days, 30–60 days, <30 days) and whether it’s peak season.
  • Some costs paid to suppliers (hotels, flights, cruises) may be non-refundable, and those supplier charges will be passed on.
  • Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used initially, subject to standard banking timelines.

5. Changes After Booking

  • Minor changes to itinerary (time, order) may be accommodated without penalty if they do not affect supplier arrangements.
  • Major changes (e.g. removing/adding nights, switching dates) after confirmation may be treated as cancellations or rebookings, subject to fees.
  • Name changes may incur extra charges (especially for flights or tickets once issued).

6. Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions (typically):

  • Accommodation as per itinerary
  • Meals as specified
  • Transport & transfers included in the itinerary

  • We can provide guidance, but we are not responsible for fines or denied entry due to your failure to meet requirements.

8. Liability, Risks & Force Majeure

  • We act as your travel organizer/agent, but many services (hotels, transport, guides) are provided by third parties.
  • We are not liable for events beyond our control (natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, civil unrest).
  • In the event of force majeure, we will attempt to re-arrange alternatives, but no compensation is guaranteed.
  • For delays, missed connections, or other disruptions not caused by us, you must notify us immediately so we can assist.

  • You are responsible for paying for any damage you cause.

10. Complaints & Dispute Resolution

  • You must inform on-site staff (guide, hotel manager) immediately if issues arise so they can be handled in real time.
  • If unresolved, you may contact our main office (via email/phone) within a reasonable time after your trip.
  • We will investigate and respond, and may offer compensation at our discretion.

11. Privacy & Use of Your Images

  • Your personal data (name, passport, contact) is treated as confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
  • With your consent (or if not objected), we may take photos/videos during the tour and use them for marketing or on our website/social media.

  • We may assist with advice, but cannot guarantee or be liable for them.

14. Insurance

  • We strongly recommend that you carry comprehensive travel insurance, covering cancellation, medical treatment, loss/theft, and repatriation.
  • You must check your insurance’s policy carefully to see what is and isn’t covered.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt (or another jurisdiction, if you prefer).
  • Disputes arising from or relating to these terms will be submitted to the competent courts (e.g. in Cairo) or by alternative dispute resolution (e.g. arbitration) if agreed.
