Afternoon Tour: Karnak & Luxor Temples
Karnak Temple Complex
A vast religious complex covering over 100 hectares. Walk along the grand Avenue of Ram-Headed Sphinxes leading to the imposing First Pylon, then explore the legendary Hypostyle Hall, home to 134 towering columns, each richly inscribed with hieroglyphs. Discover sacred lakes, obelisks, and the Precinct of Amun-Re, all revealing layers of history spanning over 1,500 years.
Luxor Temple
Gracefully lit by the afternoon sun, Luxor Temple was a center of divine rejuvenation. Admire colossal statues of Ramses II, the remnants of the Abu Haggag Mosque built into the structure, and the continuation of the Sphinx Avenue, which once connected it to Karnak.
Return to the boat for tea time and relaxation on the sun deck. Dinner on board and overnight in Luxor.

Valley of the Kings

Return to the cruise for lunch on board. Begin sailing south toward Esna, passing charming villages and green riverbanks. Experience passing through the Esna Lock. Dinner and overnight on board while sailing toward Edfu.

Morning Tour: Edfu Temple
Reach the site by horse-drawn carriage, giving you a feel of 19th-century travel.
Temple of Horus at Edfu
The most completely preserved temple of the ancient world. Built during the Ptolemaic period, it celebrates Horus, the falcon-headed god of kingship and protection. Walk through its grand pylon, explore vast courtyards, intricate reliefs showing the battle between Horus and Seth, and step into the Holy of Holies where rituals were once performed.
Return to the boat and enjoy lunch on board as you sail to Kom Ombo.

Temple of Kom Ombo
A rare dual-deity temple, perfectly symmetrical and mirrored. One half honors Sobek, the crocodile god, protector of the Nile; the other is dedicated to Horus the Elder, god of kingship and the sky. Explore the detailed medical instruments carved in stone, the ancient calendar, and the remarkable stories of healing.
Visit the Crocodile Mummification Museum.
Return to the cruise. Dinner and overnight on board as you continue sailing to Aswan.

High Dam

Temple of Philae

Unfinished Obelisk

Return to the cruise for lunch on board. Afternoon at leisure or optional felucca sailing. Dinner and overnight on board in Aswan.
